I hate to say things like that, but I have to agree with you on that one

If you have the time, will, patience, and whatever else, you might want to redo your sprite. The concept itself is quite nice, but the execution is not really satisfying. Try using a different pose; a pose where the dragon looks intimidating as if his pure look can rip his opponents apart.

Then, about the design; the shirt looks okay, but the pants somehow don't really fit. It's as if they're hanging around his belly, for the sake of having them in there. At the same time, the legs look awfully weak. Like if they're not made to carry that body. A pair of wings might be helpful as well, but those are optional only. Plus, I wonder why he's not falling over xD

Once again, would be great if you could make this happen. Push yourself!

Also, @Whaat, this one's probably your best so far; really nice work! Only thing that I would've added in your place would be a fin at the tail. Other than that, I don't see anything worth ranting about. Keep it up!

As For Whaat, make him ride the waves! He's the god of the seas, so make us feel the might of it. had you not mentioned it was Poseidon, I really thought it was just a normal merman. (it just occurred to me that the female merpeople are called mermaids, so males are called... merbutlers...?)

The boobs are fine, but now that the boobs are so eye-catching the terrible lack of anatomical details in the areas around it become painfully obvious. the shoulders and the collar area looks so much like blobs of goo right now, even though I see an attempt at highlighting the collar bones. It just lacks that holistic touch.
Hope you don't mind the somewhat rough and vague critique.

Which reminds me, we probably should have some feature that explains why a member is banned and other details, maybe in his profile or something. Or do we already have that and I'm just foolishly unawares?
