also i want to ask, did you improvise the drawing/design? or did you make a base template of a head,neck,shoulders (a body) first? because some proportions look off and stiff you might want to fix them. other than that i like what am seeing

I did the whole thing from template to shading. I used gimp for line-art and used Photoshop for some minor corrections and coloring/ shading. May i know the proportions which are off..

Hey, it's not that bad. Proper scanning of the page is needed. However, there is also a need of improving it. Keep practising and you'll surely improve.
