Nice, that could be somekinda Bandit char D: simple and somekinda mace.
But, still the contrast, there should be darker grey for the shading, also darker green.
Otherwise it's nice even when it's pretty simple.
E. Your quality change is also kinda big :/ the guy with brown jacket was kinda bad, but this new one is already good.

Better, better. Looks like you're getting the shape nice now. But you have still to do some more details.
Also still not enough contrast on the green part of clothing.

Shading is already better, i can really see the dark and light color, but.
The idea. He has grey, green, blue and orange, and that's too much. You should try to stick with 2-3 colors you use for the whole sprite. Examples:
-Firen. He has only Red+Black+Hair color (close to red)
-Davis. Blue+Black+Hair color (natural brown)
-Deep. Orange+Hair color (natural brown)
