well the first one shading need to shade more in the shirt eyes too big and hair isnt good
for the second is better shading in shirt but not in legs eyes is better and hair is good

For you erbu,better stick to one program when spriting,maybe start do do simple shading like lf2 chars have,cuz you do not know anything about folds.
