Pretty nice me n mine. Your drawing is generally realised. The idea of his pose and background SHOW this character, typically for a person who is thinking and is close to the window.
Proportions are correct in my view. When it comes to details and shadows, sometime it seems to be difficult since human face,head and clothes has too much angles and shapes which require some skills and imagination. I think you have been doing right in this way, since shadows and lights looks correct, except the nose which maybe needs to have more light. The only part where you screwed it is the tie where you have mess up something. Still i like it and i think you did a good job.
