sprite itself is pretty nice, tho the quality seems to be prety bad (guess its because of gif)

I dont get why u sprited on grey background (even if u did the grey isnt the exact same as this forum grey so I see a square) and also the shine-effect looks realy rushed and bit off to me.

Just my honest opinion.

imo the mask is not part of julians body, so it should either be fully the same or damaged, but still the same mask.
