RPG Adventure - Blood and Coin

"...very well, we'll see ourselves out." Henry turns to leave. He sees no point continuing; morally he has no right to force his will on the duke. Pragmatically, the party is outnumbered without Jeremy & John around to challenge the guards and the duke's wife is not present to aid in negotiations.

After leaving the area, Henry tells Fiz & Amadis: "We'll join up with the others, we can come back later."

[Elias]

Before you go through the door you hear two very heavy thumps, and then from behind two men appear behind the guards and slash their throats out. From the door two men show up, each hiding his/her face. The duke rises and pulls his sword out and you three with the duke are facing 4 assassins.
Now tell me what you want to do/attack.

[AmadisLFE]

I say "What the hell, those are Assassin's I am guessing, uh oh, we will need to help the Duke"

Afterwards run's near the Duke and attack's one of the assassins

Henry attacks one of the two assassins in front of him with his club.

I use magic missile on the assassin that is closest to the duke

Your party 1d20 = 6
Assassin party 1d20 = 20
You guys go first.
Amadis flays his axe at one of the assassins who is closest to the duke 1d20 = 13 (Success) roll for damage 1d8 = 4.
Fiz cast Magic Missile at the same assassin 1d4 = 3. The assassin burst into tiny bits after the spell hits him.
Henry swings his club at one of the assassins nearby 1d20 = 18 (Success) roll for damage 1d6 = 1. He is still up.
Larezo swings his sword at the one assassin still alive 1d20 = 16 + 1 (Success) roll for damage 2d4 = 1 + 3 = 4. The assassin still up.

Assassin's turn.
The one closest to the duke swings at him 1d20 = 15 (Success) rolls for damage 1d4 = 3. Larezo is still up.
The two assassins next to Henry both swing at him 1d20 = 6, 1d20 = 6. Both miss.

Now I want to know what you guys do again. Since Fiz cast a spell he can no longer use it for the entire day, until he rest or uses his book of spell to re memorize it.

Henry continues to hold off the two assassins infront of him, bashing at the assassin he had hit earlier.

(Are there any limits to my ability to use Cure Light Wounds other than requiring me to touch the target?)

Henry swings his club at one of the assassins nearby 1d20 = 7 (Fail).
Larezo swings his sword at the one assassin still alive 1d20 = 18 + 1 (Success) roll for damage 2d4 = 4 + 2 = 6. The assassin is down.

Assassin's turn.
The two assassins next to Henry both swing at him 1d20 = 1 (Fail) miss again, they are not good at hitting.
