Weird photoshop effect happened when you shrank it or something?

Also maybe move the shading a bit back on the lower face, like more light to give their faces/cheeks a more round look.
Also skin colour is a little too pink for my liking, forgot to mention earlier.

It's great but the thing bothering me is that Goku's hair is longer than vegeta here. Shouldn't they be smaller? Looks odd to me.

Vegeta is a little bit shorter than Goku is, I hope you watched the Episode where Gohans Energy was Absorbed , In that Episode, it shows that Vegeta is a little bit sorter than Goku, and thats the Episode I actually found it out that, Vegeta is a little bit shorter than Goku, I should shut up now.
