Yo, what are you actually going for? "Designing" a character and building a story around him seems like a risky move; doing it the other way round is a tad easier.

So you're telling me that you have no storyline whatsoever? In LF2-terms, this would be equivalent to "Hey I have a name for a char, anybody has an idea how he could look like and what moves he could have?".

Trying to relate it with these characters would like this story to be like a certain magical index, yu yu hakusho, hunter x hunter, fate / stay night unlimited blade works, saint seiya, gantz, beelzebub, bleach, the law of ueki, magi, tokyo underground and zatch bell.

My more precise opinion is try not to make it a Mary Sue or Gary Sue.

A more general one, is I don't understand what you are trying to convey with these characters when you are going to develop stories after fleshing out them. But it is a completely valid way, just unusual because you have to shape (back)story after designing them, not the other way around.
