Hello all,

i hope there are still people who remember the good old days when you played lfo without knowing the language and imagined the story from the pictures .

In vain we hoped for an EU/US version.

Since then the original servers are shut down and the game is offline.

After a long long time of research and many many hours of disappointment, I got hold of a complete version (currently unfortunately only in single player mode).

Out of nostalgia and passion I took a closer look at the source data.

With the help of the chinese lfo community I was finally able to translate some parts.

Since Davis is my absolute favorite, only his story (only chapter 1) was translated.

Unfortunately, I fail in many places and am quite busy at work.

But I would like to upload an alpha version soon.

(since I'm from Germany the translations here are still in German).

The thought of a 2 language version I have discarded and there will only be an English version available soon.

I am currently facing a big problem.
I cannot open the content of a .tzw file.

The big problem is that I don't know the extension tzw.

If anyone knows what kind of file this is (txt, zip, msi, ini, bat, etc.) please let me know.

I have finished a first version and would like to share it with you.

In this version everything is unlocked and should give you the opportunity to explore the game.

**Unfortunately, I do not manage to provide the multiplayer mode.**

## If you know someone who can help please ask! The game experience is much more enjoyable when the story is played together.

The problem is that a client from a foreign system can not open a session.
If someone wants to have a look at it, he can activate the debug mode.
To do this, run StartLFO.exe and then press F12 to open the debug mode. The server is provided by NodeJS.
As soon as the LFO.exe is executed, it establishes a connection to the server.
This GET call can also be executed via the browser IPort, which leads to a connection being established via this.
As soon as the client is no longer on the local machine (e.g. on a VM NAT mode, ports are forwarded) no connection can be established.
In debug mode on the console nothing is displayed (the request does not even arrive).

Of course, the story can also be experienced as a single player, but this requires a lot of patience.

Starting at level 150, some characters can evolve.

HP, MP, SP = 8000max

STR,DEF,AGI = 1000max

You also have a "not very helpful" companion with you, that alien can be activated and deactivated via Edit Profile. The alien is not always present in boss rooms.

Secret: Explore the world and you may realize that the alien is more helpful than you thought ;-)

**ToDo Before Run Game:**

1. Install/Activate DirectPlay

2. Unblock Game Files

Before unzipping the LittleFighterOnline.zip, please unblock the file.
Right click on the ZIP --> Properties --> Check Unblock.
If the field is not there, the file is already unblocked.

3. Run as administrator

StartLFO.exe and LFO.exe should be set to "Run as administrator" via Properties
Right mouse button --> Properties --> Compatibility --> Check the box: Run program as administrator

**Run Game:**

Run StartLFO.exe --> Switch to Home --> Choose Single Player --> Click Start Game

Note: Sometimes you have to click Start Game several times, because the hook to the LFO.exe is not always reached.

I recommend you play the entire story/mission with one of the following characters, as the story varies depending on the character.

Davis, Reeko, Woody, Dennis, Cutie.
Here you can say that these are the main characters.

To experience the entire story. I recommend playing through the story at least 2x.

Davis and Stinky have two completely separate storylines.
If you take Firen as a character, you will experience the story from the perspective of one of the 5 main characters.

But if the story reaches the point where Firen meets the group, you will experience that part from Firen's perspective (if possible).

I encourage you to read the story, because it is really good and interesting.
The missions are also recommended, as they tell their own stories, such as the connection between the brothers Bat Julian and the evil.....

Unfortunately, I did not manage to translate the interface.

I could not find StartLFO.exe in your archive, only LFO.exe.
Running LFO.exe on administrator(as you mentioned in the 3rd step) gives an error in Chinese "The game file is abnormal, please reinstall"
