I know the problem, maybe...
You cannot hit an enemy more then twice in the air... besides fire, ice etc

Simple rule ^^

I don't think so.
Use vrest: 1 and you will hurt your enemies many time.
Or adjust your attack speed. Look at char Klyp.

make sure this attack is "fast". i.e. sqrt(dvx^2 + dvy^2) in the itr must be greater or equal to 10.
apparently your first itr should've worked. otherwise u really do need state: 3 or 15 (both should work; I checked lf2's character datas)

oh i know. possible reason: the previous frame(s)'s arest/vrest must be lower. delay that prevents ur char from hitting probably is what's stopping it.

You can hit enemies more than twice in the air.

you can hit falling enemys only with a fall: 70+ in your itr and when they're still in the first 4 falling frames, all ya have to do is to time your vrest right and use fall: 70
