this face looks...good but the hat needs to be improved the hand will look good when it is colored but i think it looks good.

I'm somehow not too fond of the top side of the hat, it's some perspective issue I think.

Also, he has no neck and the mouth is comparably wide.

i agree with BP (not the too much critisism part :P) i just need to fix that hat, and the mouth (which was just a quick fix coz i realised i hadnt done one ) i tried to add a neck, but his head is bowed so what do you expect?

not bad azriel, though its not really what i am looking for :confused:
his face is a little bit to far out and its not really a top hat.
i had a go in flash:

the sleeves a little badly portioned, and the ear is a little bit out as well

was actually doing it as a "smooth criminal" look, more like a suit's hat rather than a top hat =p
actually ur char isn't the "evil/determined look" type so perhaps my thing doesn't fit, but try mimic the hand position (still to be improved on). It's more of

than

in short, try to avoid a curl in the arm (wrist->hand can curve a bit; look at ur arm holding the tip of a hat/cap on ur head, it helps).

yeah, i had some trouble with hand position. The arm i did looked weirdly long and badly proportioned.

He crushes his hat just a bit then throws it so it follows the enemy , cuts through them then come back to steve
