Really? Look at his posts. And look at his posts in the previous round. They are exactly the same(same desperate tone), except in previous round he was the godfather so he was telling the sheriff to check him. This round he wasn't telling the sherif to check him. So it was obvious he was mafia, and not the godfather.

Also, patterns. Try to see what is going in Don's head. I was mafia twice in a row. Meaning I wasn't going to be mafia this round. Last round mafia won against all odds. Don wants citizens to win, but wants to keep it interesting. Therefore, it was very likely for nave to be mafia .

Well, I guess that I fail too frequently in noticing stuff... I feel so unproffesional, lol
Imo the hardest thing in this game is that you can't see the faces or hear the voices of the others. I am very bad at using logic. Not that you haven't already noticed :P
