super_punch: take hat off, a punching glove fist comes out and knocks the enemy up into the air and then points the hat at the enemy in the air and a bird shoots out and hits the falling enemy

finally got some time to do this, i completed Steves first move (with a little help from dubbleD). He's got all the sprites, just mainly needs me to finish the moves now.

i'd say 2 or 3 doves from the looks of steves pose and dennises injury frame. nice bg alec. a really am waiting to play with steve. hes got a lot of potential.

i am experimenting with it at the moment to see which is the better state, because they are kinda underpowered, but with state 3006, they are overpowered.
i might release just a demo version of him when i complete his fighting stances and final punch move.
