4. i think that question was asked before. either hex or modify the map.
5. slow motion? uuh...now if you want everything literally slow motion (like the matrix), not possible. but with some itr, you can make a shaky slow motion.

using timestop:
- create an object (invisible) that have many-many mini-frames with timestop data. and between all them add usual frame with wait: 0 (quater-second how i remember). so, you can immitate slow-motion =)

but every character will be slowed down then, I think he wants 1 char to still move normal

unless the normal one is the one to opoint it (i guess)

so it would be:
char summons ball with mini frames having state: 10001 and wait 0. that should do it
