I have to agree with Blue Pheonix - your still life work is quite a bit better than the people. I wouldn't say it's all about proportions (lets be honest here - if I were to talk about proportions then people'd slap me, I'm that bad at them). The bucket drawing is actually really good, well done to you. And the people seem to get better and better as you go along - well done Gad. KEEP UP THE ART MAN

It somehow looks flat, maybe you could try giving the nose a starker highlight and toning down the 'fleshy part' inside the mouth.
Also, the gory part doesn't look very convincing ;D
