well thanks everyone i got photo filter if that's any good but i don't know how to use it so i just use paint alone.

BTW no one said anything about why reoriel (or Wat ever i called him) is crap.

also how long do u guys think i should take on making one sprite because i tend to rush it cause when i start doing a character i don't want to stop i was up till 3 am doing a character sheet it get boring so i rush.

This purely relies on your skill level and your patience. When you get a hang of it, you're able to sprite much faster.

There is no fixed value for how long you should work on it. You should stop only when you think it is done.

Crapy hosting.

I can't see any changes except hair, so it's hard to say anything about that.

Some hints from my side:
- Don't upload bitmaps. They're huge and inefficient. Instead, save your files as PNGs (if you don't want to use GIF or JPG). They have no quality reduction and are comparably smaller.
- Don't use 800x650-dimensions when you're just making 3 sprites. That's just a waste of bandwidth.
- Change your image host. I can only agree with Gad, the hosting service you are using right now is "crappy". Check >this thread< to find a new host.
- I don't know how the others feel about it, but I would certainly appreciate if you could post your sprites with a black background. I can't see a whole lot of details on white background.

I think that's it:
OMG it's a tree (Click to View)
It's just higher contrast between the lightest and the darkest colours.
