Hahaha, it looks exactly like it is taken from an old super hero comic (except for the panties).
The green background provides a nice contrast to the warm body, and it has a smart use off gradient. It looks very distinct, and the pose is perfect for this tribute/parody off the super hero comics.

Signature
The picture itself is, like the one in your signature, very good, but the background is sadly not. The bright parts "take attention" from the main feature off the picture, confusing the eye. The picture contains no warm/cold contrast, making it look boring.
Use a colder colour, like green, in the background instead, and lower the contrast off the background itself. Try to make the background look less lively than the picture.

The sprite itself looks good, maybe a bit pillow shaded, but that's not the main issue. The animation is rather choppy. It looks like you just moved up the character in paint for each frame, and added the "wind" effect on the clothes.
Try to make it look more like the characters legs actually move instead of magically starting to levitate.
Use a reference when animating the clothes. Right now it just doesn't look right.
Problems aside, the skin looks well made.

Signature:
First off all, please remove the exclamation marks and new lines in the middle off the sentence and it will look much better
The picture is okay, nothing special, but still pretty neat. Just capitalize "ndow" and write it in another colour which has contrast to the background, preferably beige or white.
I don't like that you claim that your mod is so much better than any other mod, but it doesn't matter that much really. Just a thing that bugs me a bit.
In summary, a not too spectacular or awesome signature, nor a very bad one.
