0 is 0 so
111 bin -> 7 dec
11 bin -> 3 dec
7+3 = 10
10 + 18 = 28
10 dec -> A hex
A + 18 = 22 in hex
22 + 10 =?
if 0 = 0 than
10 = 1
so
22+1 = 23
