The face looks much better than the original, so thumbs up there,
but for the body/shoulder strap, to me, still looks quite like a stick. Perhaps making the strap curved like ( <that
The Arms still look short, (mainly his left (our right) one)
The front of his hair should have a bit more height.

and finally, (as Marshall already mentioned the shirt) The shoes. Make the highlights cover more of the shoe, so it doesnt look as flat.
