what is that .exe file good for?

@Lauli: so theres 1 folder for everything or sprites go to the sprite folder ..... and so on ?

the exe file has a new Boss Mode silva made - without this everyone would still be waiting for julio (and you wont be able to fight him without it)
and as lauli already said - you dont have to move any files separately - if you just select exe and data folder and move it into your lf2 directory you are done installing and can start the exe
