Nope, that won't work fully... you can escape itr/kind:14 by rowing. And COMs tend to row sometimes ^^

Though, if you combine the itr/kind:14 with a normal kind 0 (two itr's), you can add a wall and a knockback-effect.
This would result in enemies rowing through the wall will get hit and bounced back into.
