You're getting better at shading. The muscles start to look more natural. A thing that you are still struggling with, though, are the proportions. The head is looking out of position; a bit too low (as in: no throat/neck whatsoever) as well as too far back. The arms are looking as if they have a different width. Might want to erase a few pixels of the character's left arm.

But yeah, other than that, you're slowly but steadily getting on the way. Keep it up!
