"1. Last Sunday at noon the date on the calendar was April 15, 2007. What will be the date on the calendar one million minutes after the time?"
1 day has 1440 minutes.
1 year has 525600/527040 (just approximately!) minutes.
1 year (+ 29th of February, 2008) and 100 days are 671040, + another 100 days equal 815040 + another 100 days are 959040 minutes.
so
666 days are 959060 minutes.
+28 days (40320) are 999360 minutes
640 minutes are 10 hours and 40 minutes.
In total: 694 days, 10 hours and 40 minutes
So the date 1 million minutes after April 15th 2007 will be March 9th 2009, time 10.40PM (22:40)
(damnit, a long calculation CAN have many flaws, so I'd not be surprised if this was wrong)
