@Prince
It's really much better for improving anatomy and proportions start drawing that model in different positions, rather than draw over it (I know you did it just out of curiosity though, just saying for people who wanted the models to improve their sprites).
Even though it's not at the same level than your entry in the color contest (wasn't around when you posted it, it's awesome ;D), it's still great. I specially like the hair and the colors you used. I mean, I don't see myself doing a good sprite with colors green+purple, but you managed to do it, pros for that :p
@betitngoan
Ahh... the mighty super class! It's the level that you achieve after doing an epic sprite without looking at the screen? Then there is the god class, but you have to do sprites without touching your tablet/mouse, right?
@No one
Don't worry, it's not that much of a serious discussion, that's why I don't want it to be trashed to disposal. I was just having some fun xD
Ok, some days ago I thought about a new kind of... "sprite series" (like my evos and darks, wich I haven't finished yet). I decided to call them Empire -Name-.
These 'Empires', are sprites based on people of the forum. There's no special requeriment, if I get a good idea based on the 'material' I have of some user, I will make a sprite (this can be representative chars, avatars, ranks and maybe even attitudes). There is some more, these representative sprites have to be medieval era/fantasy oriented. For now, I stick to this:
Data Changer - Mage
Spriter - Warrior
Story Teller - Archer
There could be exceptions, though. Example 1, the user isn't very good in any of this fields. Example 2, the user representative char aims at mage/warrior/archer already, and it doesn't match.
I will start making sprites out of 12 templates I have done in the last days. I won't say the name of the user inspired on these ones, you can guess them by yourself... or don't guess at all and just enjoy the sprites.
So, first one, just made:
