If I may say so, the improvement over your last face-pic is remarkable. Only complaint from me would be some shading of his right shoulder and the collar bones (which should, in my opinion, have a little bit more space between each other). Keep it up!

The quality is better probably because I spent almost an hour on it. On the other hand, I spent about 5 minutes sketching and 5 minutes coloring that green cucumber guy. About the shoulder, I'm not sure, but about the collar bones - you're definitely right, an "u" shape should be more prominent there... My bad.
