Oh well, He might be a unique char I have known. But "Running" frame is not good. He runs as if he was going to fall. You need to add another frame to make him running smooth

you can only have 3 running frames.
also it doesn't look good in the gif probably because he doesn't make very good gifs.

If I may say so, the improvement over your last face-pic is remarkable. Only complaint from me would be some shading of his right shoulder and the collar bones (which should, in my opinion, have a little bit more space between each other). Keep it up!

The quality is better probably because I spent almost an hour on it. On the other hand, I spent about 5 minutes sketching and 5 minutes coloring that green cucumber guy. About the shoulder, I'm not sure, but about the collar bones - you're definitely right, an "u" shape should be more prominent there... My bad.
