Why would you keep doing it back and forth? You just do it once and you're done with it. I doubt paypal will start an investigation because you moved you 50$ from one account to another.
Anyway you can't do it according to the paypal terms which state you can have only one account, but the terms also state you can't register under 18 so really I don't know why you'd be concerned about the terms
