Yeah I used heat as a reference so sorry for not telling it earlier as I forgot about that...
and I made those legs as I wanted to make my sprite look like he is wearing it a little bit low vest...

Anyway about the legs, its all relative. Your body is bigger than in Apoc's so the ratio has been reduced.
Where Heat's legs are about as long as his body...
Your character's body (measured from shoulder to hip) is longer than his legs (from hip to feet.)
So it looks like your character has very short legs.
