Impressive, you've definitely improved a lot and I would call this your best sprite . Armour looks great.
I'll tell you what I tell littlebob all the time.. LONGER LEGS! (But I guess you couldn't do that cause the armour would be hard).
I think the face is too big and what I tell all other Vegeta spriters. You should probably compress the features on his face like his eyes and nose and mouth should be close together.
