1. I don't know, depends on how many scripts you run. This dll will consume more ram than the other dll's used in hex editing. The dll's used in hex editing will only increase the ram usage by the size of the dll it's self (depending on what the dll does, timestop allocates extra memory, around 4kb I think). This dll needs to allocate memory.

2. I don't know what "compiled package dll" means, that's not a real thing. This is native dll.
