Afaik the 'Mafia Game' time musn't be linked to the real time. If everyone drops his votes/actions within one hour, there's no reason to wait eleven more.

Let's analyze qwertzys statement though:
He implies to be a role that can protect someone, aka the doc.
Possible reasons:
-He's naive and didn't even consider that he may could be supposed to keep his role secret and is asking for honest advice.
-He's the doc and wants people to believe otherwise by reverse psychology.
-He's not the doc. Why would he say something like this then?
-- He could be a townie trying to draw the Mafia's attention / cause confusion / protect the real doc.
-- He could be the serial killer, trying to act as if he would be the townie mentioned above.
-- He could be a mafia, obviously trying to shield himself from citizencution.
-- He could be any of the three above, using reverse psychology.

Overall however, I would say he is either is the doc and terribly naive or he isn't the doc at all (and most likely not a townie).
Actually he pretty much drew the most suspicion in an instant and, depending on the happenings of the night, my killvote is probably on his name.


PS:
A player of the game contacted me, claiming a role and stating we should work together.
Trivially, I dot not exactly thrust him right away.
In case I'm murdered my Mafia this night, it would be obvious that he is a Mafia (taking me down since he couldn't trick me).
