I like Oko best. He is seem to be the mostly completed char.
His back make it looks like he's wearing a costume. Need re-shaping a bit.
Oko's running attack knock foes down at the first hit so he can't combo. Fix it :P
His electric shock really need remake for a cooler effect.
He also need a breathing animation.
The "Laser eye" move would be better if it hit twice and have smoother animation. I mean putting more STEP in it.
The "Summoning eyeballs" also look cooler if he raise his arm up. Something like this:

And i really want to see him draining milk and beer with a tentacle instead of drinking (he have no mouth anyway xD)
