Well, there are two viable ways currently.
1) The cop speaks up. This will reward us with a bit of information, that means about 2 people who are innocent or Mafia. The doctor can only protect the cop once, so he'll just get one more investigation before he is killed by the Mafia again.
Not neccessarily the smartest move, but let's take a look at #2...
2) The cop stays silent. In this case we can only kill by trial and error. There are 9 people left, 4 of them are Anti-Town, so the chance to kill one of them is 44,44%. That's actually not that bad of a chance, although we do need to include the possibility of killing off a special role in the way (the problem with that is, if we want to lynch him and he reveals his identity, they are easy prey for the Mafia).
Honestly both ways suck but there is nothing else we can do. I will maybe write up a list of the most likely suspects later, I'm short on time right now...
