having the option of save state for survival or stage mode would be helpful.

You can say helpful, but imo it would make things way too easy and Stage Mode/Survival Stage would lose it's appeal

I honestly didn't read if it got mentioned already but for everyone who uses different Stages/Characters it would be cool if you could switch the Stage in a "Mods" section you have in some other games too.
