Awesome sprite! You carried his Hf look in lf2 style brilliantly as you always do.
But when you sprite in 400% bigger size you basically don't want do tinny details 'cuze you lost them when you resize and it looks bit rough then.
Just take a look on his boots. You did so many lines and stuffs so it makes unclear in small image. Also with his face. Do not go with too many tinny details.(I would say pants as well, but it can be say they are wrinkled.) I remember pf was explaining it in some of his tut about spriting in 200%/400%(...). Instead make big, clearly visible surfaces!
