Onyx, using the state in Louis's Dash Attack might help, 1so after falling, the animation happens on ground like body parts turning into Water and, well, you get it right? And for the Explosion, look at this code which is Coming in my LF2 Mod ( Demon Sorcerer Explosion )

Up is the Ball, which, when hits a Character Summons the Explosion on that area. ( Normal Firen sized Explosion )
