I don't mind cape at all, but I feel since he's not supposed to be the main enemy initially, he shouldn't look so royally.. just my opinion. Don't mind much about cape at all.
I think he suits well with the on-hand weapon like Mono drew in his 1st and even 2nd form..
But later, its better if he doesn't have any weapon in his 3rd form, he should basically even get rid of his cape (if he has one) and become a raw powerhouse that relies on its brute strength than weapons and stuff.
