Where're Luti ... Luti hasn't posted at all.

I'm still alive. Just going to let you know I'm going to be a little bit inactive this week. (Exams and whatnot)
I don't really have much thoughts on the matter, im just going to wait until the second day and then we'll have some clue as to what course of action we should take.

I understand the thoughts you have, but still I fail to understand how our situation would be any different if we randomly kill somebody today? Except for having the blood of one more dead citizen on our hands

edit) Actually I'm going to agree with Nave on this one. No point in risking another life. Wait until we have more clues.. the serial killer is going to do his job no matter what.
