Mono sprites
Last (5th) one is too bright. Can't tell difference between 3rd and 4th.
I'd pick a mix of the first 2 sprites:
Hair = 2
Face = 1
Shirt = 2
Pants = 1
End result looks like the one on far right of below using MS Paint magic:

If you ask me to pick strictly one you made, I'd pick 2.
