Great! I find that rule to be a bit of a hindrance though, since there is no gain when you forbid discussions during 'nights'. Thread is simply dead until everybody posts his night action. Kind of breaks the flow, and as I said before, removes the opportunity to reflect on the past day and lynch and discuss of what could have been done better or differently.
