If he(empirefantasy) votes thenave then i want to vote for thenave as well
If he chooses apoc i will choose bamboori and vice versa.
If he chooses anyone outside of those three names i guess i'll pick apoc.

In other words, Luti wants a 3-cornered random lynch.

Discarding advanced (and given the situation, extremely risky) strategies, what I read from this:
Luti's mafia > Nave's citizen, Bamboori's citizen
Nave's mafia > Luti's citizen
