The way that you're absolutely sure about that proves that Jernemies is Mafia.

I'm serious, so hear me out. The Godfather does not know who of the remaining townies is Doctor and who is the Townie. The only way to lure out the Godfather (Jernemies) was to lie about my role; the Godfather would have to play along and therefore say he's the Townie. That would prove to me that he's the Godfather, and I would only need to convince the real Doctor of this. That is why I typed up my last post in the strange way. Heck, I even said "Pay attention to the following".

I would have hoped the Godfather would respond first with saying he's the Townie, but seeing you reply so fast and with 100% certainty about your role I guess Jernemies it is.

Yeah, it's up to you now, but I really had no other choice. As the Godfather, I'd rather claim to be Townie than Doc. Jernemies also never moved a muscle to vote his Mafia partners off.
