We're looking for the desert store owner Matt, who most likely went into these Rinstar Highlands to look for his missing niece Eleana... or he could be kidnapped. - Side Quest

We kinda need to find Matt, otherwise we won't have the proper equipment to venture into the desert to get to snor kingdom.

742 gold coins - I'm suggesting splitting the gold evenly
Sharp Dagger - either give to Nave who is unarmed, or give to Ian to replace the wand if possible, or give to BP if he has better use for it (edit: Ramond said no offhanding without skills, and none of us have such a skill. Also Nave said both of them don't need it.)
Long Sword - Drahcir equips it.
Long Bow - Bamboori equips it.
Heavy Leather Armor - Give to snor.
Leather Suit - Steiner equips it.
Targe (unidentified) - Drahcir wants it.
Leather Cap - Drahcir equips it.
Ring (unidentified). - Bamboori willing to hold onto it. If its identified as accuracy boosting later I want it.
Ring (unidentified). - Bamboori willing to hold onto it. If its identified as accuracy boosting later I want it.

Open to discussion, the main thing is what to do with the Sharp Dagger.
