Beginner Sprite I'm stuck how can I improve

Sorry for grave digging but I hope we can discuss a bit in this thread until it goes away

here's my 240 x 240 sprite I've been experimenting is it ready for it
to resize to 80 x 80 I changed the design

Or does it need more shading?

I tried resizing it and it looks too blurry what should I do..
