Bump because I've given it a huge update.
* Balancing adjustments, especially to Stage 3 & 4. Also adjusted ratios greatly.
* All stages have 6 substages in total (stage 5 has 7 as before).
* Completely new Survival added.
Don't have an up-to-date video playthrough of it, unlikely to have time to make one because I'm busy.
