The old hadouken levels on v3.00 were:
L1(fall60): D>A
L2(fall70): D>A(<) just a tap
L3(bdef60): D>A(<) for a while
L4(pierce): D>A(<) all the way to the end, you'll automatically shoot.
L5(st3006): D>A(<)+A
Hell Move: what Nyamaiku said.
You need 100hp or less, as well as full 500mp.
Then D>A(<)+D+J+A.
