I completely agree with this function, and i'll show an example to explain to those who don't understand...

this shows the hidden form of these bars. However, by pressing the "spoiler" button, we show the content:

Now, notice that the "Website translators"-thingy has showed a window beneath it. That is the true power of the spoiler-tag :P
It has some similarities to the code-tag, but it completely hides the content unless you click it. and it does not ignore the grammar-rules that applies to the forums, like the code-tag does.
