[solved] object movement question

hi, i've a question about an object movement...
i've tried dvz: -10 and hit_j: 5, but the object keep going up how to make the object go down? i've tried:
dvz: -10, hit_j: 0
dvz: -10, hit_j: -5 but it still didn't work.

is there a way to do this? pls help me
