Ok, I've done Doug's basic Hi-speed movement:

When you press a key combination, let's say D > A, he does a straightforward teleport:

If you press A just before he disappears, he does a speed punch:

I also plan doing an air teleport, when you press J and you teleport in the air, higher than normal jumping.
